WHY LEADERS COME TO US
Advisory tells you what to do. Coaching builds the person who has to do it.
Most of our advisory work ends with a leader holding a plan that will demand something new of them. A harder conversation. A delegation habit they have never built. A team that is not yet aligned behind the decision.
Coaching is where that work happens. It runs alongside an engagement or entirely on its own, for leaders who do not need a consultant in the building.
THREE FORMATS
Individual, team, or the whole leadership group.
ONE TO ONE
Executive coaching
For the leader carrying the decision.
Confidential sessions for executives, directors and senior managers. Covering presence and influence, decision making under pressure, delegation, difficult conversations, and transitioning into a bigger role.
TEAM
Leadership team coaching
For the group that has to move together.
Working with an intact leadership team on how it actually operates: decision rights, meeting discipline, conflict that goes unspoken, accountability between peers, and alignment behind a strategy everyone has already agreed to on paper.
FOUNDERS
Founder coaching
For the person who is still doing all of it.
For founders and owner-operators moving from doing the work to leading the people who do it. Including growth decisions, hiring first-layer leadership, personal sustainability, and career planning that includes their own life.
HOW A COACHING ENGAGEMENT RUNS
Structured, confidential, and measured against something.
Chemistry conversation
01 · MATCH
No cost, no commitment
A conversation to test fit before anything is signed. Coaching only works when the match is right, and it is fair to find that out first.
02 · CONTRACT
Goals on the table
Coach, leader and sponsor
Agreed goals, session cadence and what success will look like. Where an organization is paying the sponsor agrees the goals while the session content stays confidential.
03 · WORK
Sessions and review
Through to the checkpoint
Regular sessions with work carried between them, and a formal review at the midpoint and the close against the goals set at the start.
MATCH → CONTRACT → WORK
WHO IS COACHING YOU
Credentialed as a coach.
Experienced as an operator.
Coaching at Lifetrack is led by Dr. Claire Odogbo, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, CPA, CIA and PhD, with PROSCI change management certification and nearly two decades inside compliance, governance, audit and risk.
That combination matters. You get the ethics and methods of an ICF professional, combined with someone who has carried a budget, faced a regulator, and led teams through unwanted change. It is coaching grounded in operational reality.
WHAT STAYS PRIVATE
What is said in a session stays in the session.
Where an organization sponsors the coaching, we report on attendance and progress against agreed goals. We do not report on what was discussed. That line is what makes the work possible.
